Job Description
Responsibilities
100% Self check for all output before delivery to QC
Complete Work As per Project Schedule
Prepare SRS / OLP delivery as per Customer Requirement
Perform Simulation Check for complete BIW, Trim & Chassis Robot Operations
Create Off Line Programming for Complete BIW, Trim & Chassis Robot Operations
Create Virtual Factory Setup for BIW, Trim & Chassis Robot Stages with Modules & I/O Signals
Validate Stage with Process Sheet, Movement Flow, Robot I/O & from Other Reference Documents
Feedback Sheet Preparation for Concerns & Clarification with Counter Measure Proposal
Preparing Manuals based on the Training, Operational Time Reduction & Quality Improvements
Establish good communication with all suppliers & customers.
Keep high motivation and guide new engineers in the team. Skill up continuously
Follow and achieve project guidelines/KPI and Department KPI. Follow Key Milestones and report the progress daily to superior.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical / Automobile / Mechatronics) with Good Knowledge in Automotive field
Skills
Robot Simulation with strong knowledge in Process Simulate, Roboguide & Robot Studio for Fanuc & ABB Robots
Catia ,
Seimens, Omron PLC
Experience
2-5 years
