Part 6 - KEY JOB ACTIVITIES :
Key Responsibility:
Ensuring Safety Ops & Deployment
• To educate and train and supervise workers on a continuous basis on safety, tool upgradation etc.
• Overall Supervision of Contract labors and raw material associates
• To motivate workers in increasing their efficiency
• To ensure the proper housekeeping in the RMY area daily by the workers
• Ensure that all activities are running in a systematic manner in the RMY area.
• To monitor and ensure the proper functioning of all the safety control and parameters on all the equipment in the plant
Key Responsibility:
RM Planning
• Suggest and Develop new ideas in RMY
• Maintaining of RMY compartments as per Bin cards
• Plan and Ensure timely material restock & unloading
Key Responsibility:
Systems Implementation ( ISO , IATF ...)
• Implementation of Integrated management system i.e. IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 including 5-S.
• Responsible for Hazard identification, risk assessment and control
• Responsible for preparation of Aspect - Impact analysis and studying it To monitor and ensure the proper functioning of all the safety control and parameters on all the equipment in the plant

Checking of RM Sorting Report
Cross Checking of Contract Bills
To participate in the Management policies and try to successfully implement it.
To attend the periodical trainings organized by management
SAP related activities -Z1 table, Z2 table, GRN, Stock verification and comparing it with physical stock
