Responsible for best in class service for the assigned distributors5. Should be sensitive to the needs of distributors in terms of Product Updates, Query resolution and ensure proper follow up etc.6. Gather market intelligence and find out the strategies to counter the competition in the market7. Create brand awareness by organizing events, conferences, product sessions for distributors for top-of-the-mind recall8.
