Job Description

1. Write notes in detail & with signature after round of each pt of the allotted counter on each pt file, including pt name, age sex, IPD number.

2. Ensure all investigations & medication followed as per consultant orders.

3. Ensure all reports of investigations are received in time & reports appropriately filed.

4. Inform consultant routinely on investigation reports, record any change in medication

if ordered & implement the same.

5. Any change in the condition of a pt to be informed immediately to the consultant.

6. Write all instructions & details of vitals of each pt examined on continuation sheet.

7. Writing of prescriptions to pts, in capital with signature & name.(Should not ask nurses to write prescriptions)

8. If & when required assist CMO.

9. Resolving medical related queries of pt relatives.

10. Should put or remove catheter, drain, RT, do dressing etc.

11. In case of surgery ensure fitness from physician before surgery.

12. Go through & follow post surgery instructions, as written in surgical notes.

13. GC of pt. to be informed to consultants daily.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
