The Relationship Manager will be responsible for sourcing affordable home loans, Micro-LAP products, and cross-selling Loan Against Property (LAP) and business loans. The role involves managing relationships with Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) and developers, as well as acquiring customers from the open market. The incumbent will oversee the loan process from inquiry to disbursement and ensure a smooth experience for customers.Key Responsibilities:Source affordable home loans, Micro-LAP, LAP, and business loans.
Empanel and manage DSAs and developer relationships for business acquisition.
Manage the loan process (inquiry, application, verification, sanction, disbursement).
Build the companys brand in the affordable housing segment.
Provide excellent customer service and manage loan renewals and collections.Job Requirements:Qualification: Graduate
Experience: Minimum 1 year in mortgage, Micro-LAP, or affordable home loans.
Skills: Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. Knowledge of local markets and PMAY is preferred.How to Apply:
