Reach out to decision-makers at relevant companies using various outreach methods, including emails, phone calls, and LinkedIn. A list of target companies will be provided monthly by the data team.
Engage prospects, understand their needs, provide them with valuable information, and manage relationships until they are ready to explore our services.
Develop strategies after initial discovery to present the value of Legals services to the right decision-makers.
Use CRM (Hubspot) to maintain and report on your activity and outcome metrics.
You will be supported by
A dedicated data team that provides a database of potential clients, allowing you to focus on outreach and engagement.
A marketing team that continually produces case studies, educational content, and newsletters to assist your outreach efforts.
RequirementsSkills & Experience
Excellent written and verbal business communication skills.
Experience in sales, particularly in the legal or SaaS industry, is a plus.
Personality traits:
Outgoing and confident, enjoys building new relationships.
Attention to detail, disciplined with CRM management.
Receptive to feedback and quick to learn new concepts.
Highly motivated, accountable, and solution-oriented, especially in a startup environment.

What will a typical month look like?
At the beginning of each month, you will review the previous months outreach results with the Manager, identify what worked well, and learn from the experiences of other SDRs.
You will plan your outreach to a selected list of companies for that month, deciding on the messaging and approach.
Typically, you will engage with around ~1000 companies each month.
Your daily routine will include 2 hours of emails, 2 hours of calls/LinkedIn connects, 2 hours of adding new prospects to your outreach, and 1 hour of team meetings.
