xc2xb7 Daily, Weekly, Monthly technical check per PPM schedule.
xc2xb7 Attending TT calls for corrective maintenance, service and repair works
xc2xb7 Co-ordinate with vendor for systems under warranty/AMC.
xc2xb7 Energy consumption reading
xc2xb7 DG maintenance.
xc2xb7 Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems, electrical and mechanical.
xc2xb7 Ability to install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems, branch circuits, lighting systems, transformers, and wiring methods and material.
xc2xb7 Ability to install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components-- photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, Servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tacks, and encoders 6.
xc2xb7 Dedicated to supporting production by working in a safe, customer focused manner.
xc2xb7 Refurbishment and upgrade works for building finishes, fixtures, fittings and equipment, fixed furniture and OPS equipment like Trolley, Cages, Carts
xc2xb7 Fire Alarm & Fire extinguishers regular checks.
xc2xb7 Maintenance, oiling, greasing of carts, trolleys, pump, rolling shutters.
xc2xb7 Attending regular Electrical works
xc2xb7 Height work, hot work permit to issue.
xc2xb7 Attending Civil & Plumbing Corrective maintenance calls.
xc2xb7 Provide daily reports on TT closures & open cases & RCA, sharing incident reports.
xc2xb7 Tools inventory update, with the help of EAM tool.
xc2xb7 PPM schedule maintenance as per EAM/ PPM schedule
xc2xb7 Taking care of Soft services activities i.e. Pest control, Housekeeping, Scrap & Garbage/ waste disposal.
