Job Role:The key responsibilities of the role will be as follows:\xef\x82\xb7 The role provides an opportunity to work with promoters in the structured finance sector \xe2\x80\x93
\xef\x82\xb7 Client facing end to end deal lead \xe2\x80\x93 business & deal analysis, structuring, drafting term sheets,
negotiations
\xef\x82\xb7 Working with credit teams for efficient drafting of credit memos and taking ownership of driving the
credit approval process.
\xef\x82\xb7 Working with Service team in execution and disbursement
\xef\x82\xb7 Interacting with various internal and external stakeholders for the successful closure of the dealJob Requirements:
\xef\x82\xb7 Preferably MBA Finance / CA with 5-10 years of relevant experience
\xef\x82\xb7 Good communication and presentation skills.
\xef\x82\xb7 Analytical and Problem Solving
