Job Title: Ftech RM/ Sales Executive
Reports to: Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager

Requirements:
Education: Graduation in any field.
Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in field sales, preferably in [industry type, e.g.,FMCG, tech, B2B sales, Fintech].
Location: Kolkata
CTC: 2.4 LPA + 60K Variables/Annum

Job Overview
As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers within a defined geographical area. Your role will require you to conduct face-to-face meetings, provide product demonstrations, and meet sales targets in line with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Generation & Lead Management
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other methods.
Manage a portfolio of clients and build relationships to encourage repeat business.
Present and sell company products/services to current and potential clients.
Conduct product demos, presentations, and negotiate contracts to close sales.
Market & Customer Research
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market intelligence, and competitors to proactively identify opportunities.
Collect customer feedback to identify needs and work with internal teams to meet those needs.
Sales Target Achievement
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and update the CRM system with sales activities.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare regular sales reports and submit them to the Sales Manager.
Ensure timely follow-up and proper documentation of sales leads and activities.
Customer Support & Relationship Building
Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely manner.

Skills:

Ability to work independently with a self-motivated approach.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
Ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with clients.
. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?240,000.00 per year
