Job Description

- Rite KnowledgeLabs is looking for full-time Social Media Client Servicing Executives (1-3 years of work exp.) for their corporate B2B thought-leadership social media accounts (mainly LinkedIn & Twitter) and website updates. - As a team member, daily operations include strategic and tactical planning and execution, content development, organic social scheduling & posting, driving engagement, performance analysis, and reporting (this does not include paid social media). It also requires coordinating with the design and development team for any website updates. (MBA / BBA freshers will be considered)- Creatively contribute to build and execute social media programs through competitor research, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification- Write content, publish and share daily posts that build meaningful connections and encourage followers to take action under guidance of your team leader.- Optimize clients\' LinkedIn & Twitter pages to increase the visibility of company\'s thought leadership content and increase followership in an organic manner- Moderate comments on social posts in line with the client\'s editorial policy- Assist to create editorial calendars and publishing schedulesExperience and Skills :- Sound knowledge and experience with social media platforms is necessary with a focus on LinkedIn and Twitter (Facebook, Instagram and YouTube is fine but not the focus).- Understanding of LinkedIn & Twitter performance reports and measurement analytics is a must- Expert knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) for making monthly reports, analysis, etc. - Good content writing skills and creative ideas for corporate campaigns like employee engagement, CSR and ESG driven company initiatives.Requirements : - Should have interacted with clients in an account management role - Understanding of online publishing and working of social media, digital media, website and back-end publishing platforms like WordPress CMS- Good interpersonal and communication skills with impeccable spoken and written English- Ability to work in a highly collaborative culture with various teams, clients, vendors, etc. and meet client deadlines. Education :- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media executive (organic & and not paid amplification)- Demonstrable social media experience and knowledge of social analytics tools- Bachelor\'s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations Compensation : - As per industry standards; willing to work with a young company and a growth-driven team.
