Training is to be provided at our home branch in Gurugram.- To provide services to various customers for pad printing machines and sale of the machineKey Responsibilities : - Conduct market research to identify potential customers and generate leads.- Visit potential clients to present company offerings and negotiable sales teams.- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.- Achieve Sale targets and quotas within the assigned territory.- Collaborates with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding customer base and increasing sales revenue. - Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to prospective clients.- Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and market conditions.- Provide feedback to the management on customer needs, product enhancements and market trends.- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and leads.- Attends meetings, Training sessions and networking events as required.Requirements:- Master\'s or Bachelor\'s degree in Technology, Marketing, or related Field preferred.- Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in relevant field- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the printing industry.- Excellent Communication Skills in Hindi and English language and interpersonal skills- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
