Job Description
Role & responsibilities
• Monitoring Transactions: A transaction monitoring analyst job is to monitor the transaction pattern and identify unusual transactions that may indicate fraud, working capital usage or any other disputes.
• Review Alerts: Assess alerts generated by the transaction monitoring system or manual.
• Escalate Issues: Ensure issues are addressed appropriately and escalated to the management on a timely manner.
• Customer Complaints Attend to customer emails, understand the concern and reverting with the proper response with in TAT.
• Tracker Updation: Ensure error free tracker updation across all managed activities.
• Must have basic knowledge in Excel.
Candidate should be willing to work in flexible shift timings that can start from early morning and weekly Off will be on Sunday.
