Sound Knowledge of Product Design & Policy design - Including (but not limited to) Application Scorecards & Behavioural Scorecards
Risk Measurement, Portfolio Tracking & Analysis - Understanding of Key Risk Performance Indicators (including Static pools, Lagged & Coincidental delinquency) as well as Expected Credit Loss (ECL) Model Design & implementation. Throughput Analysis & Reject Analysis (for Policy Improvements)
Ability to Formulate Credit Policies (New as well as Modifications) including ability to articulate / write Clear & Crisp Credit Policy Documents
Sound Knowledge of Processes & Systems in context of Risk & Business objectives, as well as Regulatory Guidelines. Ability to Lead Projects (incl. Prepare BRDs) for implementation of system modifications resulting from Policy Design.
Ability to deal with Sr. Management / Heads of Depts to ensure closure of open discussion items in Policy Formulations & Implementation. Ability to influence departmental teams to ensure policy implementation objectives are met.
