DESCRIPTION The Bad Actor Disincentives (BAD) team is responsible for removing the incentive for Bad Actors while accurately and fairly paying millions of third-party sellers along with disrupting the bad actor flywheel and change the economics of abuse within our store. The team works to ensure that bad actors cannot profit from using our services to abuse customers, selling partners and Amazon. To accomplish this mission, we withhold funds from bad actors, deny our fulfilment network to bad actors as a means to scale their abuse and ensure that counterfeit/illegal inventory is destroyed, prevent seller credit abuse, identify and disrupt bad actor spare accounts, and generate insights to help CTPS understand where bad actors are prioritizing their efforts. While we obsess over customers, we specialize in obsessing over bad actors to identify their friction points and multiply them exponentially in ways that don\'t impact good sellers. Our vision is to ensure Bad Actors never receive a dollar from selling on Amazon and abusing our policies. This is done with minimal friction for good sellers, clearly communicated policies, and accurate calculations. If we successfully achieve our vision, then Bad Actors will stop committing misconduct on Amazon. BAR Quality Risk Managers will holistically review the programs in BAD and identify the process gaps beyond MOs, challenge mental models and fix upstream gaps. BAD Quality RMs will also identify the root cause of the scenarios where bad actors have profited from misconduct or abusive sales and bad seller experience for genuine sellers. In order to accomplish this, BAD quality RMs will be creating mechanisms to identify gaps Key job responsibilities 1. Performs audits for life cycle of program to layout the process , tech and upstream gaps. 2. Performs peer review of tasks/deliverables wherever applicable 3. Creates, updates learning modules and support business owners in driving improvements to improve program efficiency. 4. Identifies & manages mid to high-scale process improvement opportunities at process or program level. 5. Communicates to business leaders on pre-defined guidelines with data and resolves issues with reduced guidance. 6. Work in sync with Data resources and create daily / weekly / monthly quality reports for the process and team based on set requirements. 7. Tracks and reports progress on key goals specific to the program. 8. Develop mechanisms for the programs to drive efficiencies 9. Conduct deep-dive analysis and challenge the existing mental model 10. Work with data analyts & product team to build automated solutions We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Hyderabad, TS, IND | Virtual Location - TS BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 4+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - 5+ years of experience in Risk Management PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience - 3+ years of driving process improvements experience - Prefer candidates from SPS organization
