The Role: GRA Operations Project Analyst

Grade (relevant for internal applicants only): 09

The Location: Ahmedabad, India / Penang, Malaysia

The Team
Risk Management and Compliance, collectively Global Risk Assurance (GRA), support innovation and growth and protect the Company\'s brand by empowering the business to make risk informed and ethical decisions in compliance with laws and regulations. The GRA Operations function has an active role in the implementation of strategic programs and initiatives across the Risk Management and Compliance Centres-of-Excellence as well as leading Stakeholder Reporting initiatives.

The Impact
The GRA Operations Project Analyst role reports to the Director of GRA Operations. It will have an impact on the implementation of key projects and initiatives across the Global Risk Assurance team. The Analyst will have visibility within the organization, have the opportunity to interact with senior leadership and work on cross-functional projects in support of the GRA team\'s goals and functional objectives. The GRA Operations Project Analyst will be actively involved in initiatives that drive transformation within the Risk Management and Compliance functions to meet constantly evolving business needs.

Responsibilities
  • Support the creation, management, and review of Risk Management and Compliance reporting dashboards
  • Support Risk Management and Compliance Leaders in creating reports and presentations for Committees, Town Halls, status and informational meetings, the S&P Global Board of Directors meetings, and other relevant forums.
  • Work closely with the GRA Operations Manager to ensure timely preparation and delivery of work products
  • Design & maintenance of the GRA Intranet site
  • Co-ordination of internal & external GRA communications & training
  • Provide support during GRA meetings
  • Provide project management expertise to the GRA Team, ensuring all projects are delivered on-time and within scope
The successful Project Operations Analyst will have
  • A minimum of 1 - 2 years\' experience supporting a significant global program or business line
  • Exposure to project management tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to work in teams and to also work independently with minimal supervision
  • Outstanding organizational, multi-tasking and influencing skills
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
