Team Want to be part of a team that touches every department in the organization and believes data analytics is the life blood to identify and drive improvements across the organization As a member of Audit, Risk and Control Assurance (ARC), you will be responsible for analyzing diverse data sets and transforming them into meaningful and actionable insights leveraging disparate analytics tools and techniques including machine learning. What you get to do in this role: Work closely with the ARC analytics leader to execute the data analytics strategy and roadmap. Design, build and maintain data analytics and visualizations to drive insights on operations, process inefficiencies and risk indicators. Partner with ARC stakeholders and cross-functional teams across the organization to determine the business requirements and deliver a robust and reliable insights. Provide a perspective, develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate the capabilities of machine learning and other advance analytics techniques. Collaborate with IT for discovery, modelling and building effective and inclusive data models. Qualifications To be successful in this role you have: Minimum Education Required: Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics or related discipline from a four-year university. Minimum Experience Required: 5+ years of work experience working with data and visualization tools in technology industry, preferably within the Finance, Sales, and Product domains. High level proficiency in data analysis and querying data from multiple systems. Experience in Tableau and Power BI strongly preferred. Expertise in SQL. Understanding of Azure ML or other machine learning tools and techniques, such as regression analysis, decision trees, and clustering. Knowledge of python is a plus. Attention to detail in verifying accuracy and reliability of the work. Excellent written and verbal skills and demonstrated ability to present complex issues to management. Operate independently with a globally distributed team. Willing to challenge the prevailing opinion and collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization.
