Job Profile Summary Provides leadership and technical mentorship in the areas of controls and process adherence, including identification and documentation of required actions/policies, conformance tests and ongoing monitoring issues to various departments.Role Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:Ability to understand, Assess, acknowledge, and provide inputs on risk related discussions.Provides leadership and mentorship on Internal control related advisory.Represent CST in various Internal control related discussion during changes to applications or enhancement (includes Beacon, E-com, CPQ etc).Front end discussions with Second LOD, Partner across LSEG, Internal Auditors on control related discussionsProvide guidance on control aspects, and operational processes (e.g. OMMD, FSO etc) to Control services team.Continuously evaluates the scope and effectiveness of controls programs and projects.Monitors strategies to remedy control and process deficiencies, reports on status and clearance gaps to executive team.Recommends changes to policies and establishes procedures that affect organization at local and global level.Provides controls training sessions to audiences at various organizational level and business units.Works with various partners to ensure compliance goals, critical metrics SLAs are met.Networking & creating clarity with other partners about Controls and driving robust control culture.Align to the control improvement program regarding Key control indicators, Control Assessment and Assurance plan.Lead a team of individual as the need arises to handle a projects requirement.Handle and own the audit engagement from the Group and Statutory audit point of view, providing the support to the respective controllership.Qualifications & Experience -Relevant degree or professional qualificationUnderstanding of Internal controls and the requirement from the Internal control framework.Solid understanding of controls operation and finance operations.Supervisory experience (will be a bonus)Analytical skillsAdvanced understanding of relationships between functions within the company - Knowledge of applicable regulatory & compliance requirements, and business requirementsExperience in resolving a wide range of issues.Experience in leading through significant business change/transformation.Able to perform optimally under time pressure and to meet deadlines.Proactive, innovative with strong problem-solving skill.LSEG is a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider.
