Help support various fundraising and day-to-day fund operations initiatives by joining our Macquarie Asset Management Fund Operations team. In this dynamic and supportive environment, you will collaborate with senior members of the business and finance teams. You will have the opportunity to exercise your initiative in managing transitions, stabilising processes, and making subsequent improvements.

What role will you play?






In this role, you will be responsible for streamlining and enhancing operational and ESG-focused investor activities. You will also coordinate and complete RFPs and DDQs, ranging from simple to complex. Collaborating with multiple stakeholders, you will source relevant information and maintain records in the document repository for future reference. Additionally, you will provide reports on the KPI volumes of completed DDQs and drive process efficiency through regular analysis, identifying opportunities for further streamlining.




What you offer







  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration with a minimum of 8-10 years post-qualification and people management experience. Financial acumen and a solid understanding of financial markets.
  • Knowledge of financial instruments and products, with a focus on investment funds. Experience in reporting, particularly investor-facing reporting.
  • Good understanding of and interest in sustainability and corporate initiatives, familiarity with PRI, GRESB, CDP is advantageous.
  • Good communication skills (both oral and written) to effectively engage with multiple stakeholders across different geographies.
  • Collaborative and resourceful, with an openness to new challenges.
