Bachelor's degree in a business, journalism/writing, technology, or healthcare related discipline Responsibility :
1 Opportunity Management :
Follows and Applies team best practices for managing the responses to RFPs, RFIs, questionnaires to support opportunity development (with minimal management help on less complex bids) Acts as Single Point of Contact for all activities forming part of a typical RFP pursuit process - plan for and schedule Solution/Strategy sessions, Leadership and Pricing reviews etc 2 Solution Articulation :
Plans, researches, and edits RFP/RFI responses so they are technically and functionally accurate and conform to company style, format, and messaging Proficient with 1-3 product domains 3 Collateral/Knowledge Management :
Maintain RFP collateral and knowledge management activities such as template creation, re-usable content/Qvidian, case studies and ensure up-to-date content 4 Stakeholder Management :
Responsible for RFP stakeholder management during the RFP pursuit cycle and maintain relationships with multiple entities within the Business Development cycle 5 Team Building :
Foster team building by contributing to knowledge sharing sessions within and outside the BD group and attending relevant training programs Initiate pro-active projects for practice development etc 6 People Management :
Managing assigned staff including hiring, performance and salary management, resolving issues, addressing disciplinary actions and recommending dismissals (as warranted), and interpreting and ensuring compliance with related policies and procedures• 7 This role may involve responsibilities of people management.
