Job Location: CIT Jaipur

Job Specifications:

• Coordinate with CoCs to align R&D research flows with the organization priorities and monitor & track the R-flow progress.
• Create visibility of the R-Flow status through organize review meetings & follow-ups with CFTs.
• Ensure Communication flow, Priority & schedule management, Commercials tracking, Escalation process, Management reports for the R-Flows
• Exploration & incubation of emerging technologies with Start-Ups & Tier-1 technology owners.
• Identify new R-Flow opportunities with CoC\'s aligned with Tech roadmap & Consumer trends.

Key Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities:

1)R-Flows coordination:

• Ensure the R-Flow Gate process, and evaluation metrics and deliverables for each R-Flow gate
• Ensure up-to-date tracking of R-Flows to bring visibility for deployment in D-Flows
• Coordinate the review and selection of R-Flows with CoC\'s in alignment in line with Technology Roadmap
• Contribute to platform identification for R-Flow deployment, integrate into 5 yr Cycle Plan
• Contribute to new concept projects in collaboration with CoC\'s
• Enable cross- functional dependencies with other CoC\'s and Sourcing team

2) R-Flows Progress & communication:

• Review the progress of R-Flows through scheduled meetings
• Develop action plans with target dates and ensure completion of identified tasks
• Organize & distribute MOMs, Progress notes, Responses promptly
• Ensure the escalation process for delayed activities

3) Tech Partnerships & Innovation:

• Tech exploration & partnerships for newer technologies/ applications
• Ensure innovation/ upcoming mobility concept implementation

Relevant Experience

Should come with relevant experience in R&D project mgmt. relevant CoC.

Minimum experience required- 2 years

Maximum experience required: 12 Yrs

Start-up experience is desirable.
