RF Project ManagerLocation: Gurgaon/ Noida/ BangaloreJob Type: Full TimeShift: Night ShiftWorking Days: 5.5 daysJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced RF Project Manager to lead and manage RF (Radio Frequency) projects, ensuring the successful delivery of wireless communication systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RF engineering, project management, and a deep understanding of wireless technologies, including 4G, 5G, and LTE.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
• Oversee the deployment and optimization of RF networks, ensuring they meet technical and operational requirements.

Team Management:

• Lead and mentor a team of RF engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster collaboration and communication within the team to ensure successful project outcomes.

Client and Stakeholder Communication:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress.
• Manage client expectations and address any concerns or issues that arise during the project.

Technical Expertise:

• Provide technical oversight and expertise in RF design, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including status reports, technical specifications, and change requests.
• Present project findings and outcomes to senior management and clients.

Qualifications:Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field. A master\'s degree is a plus.Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in RF engineering or related roles, with at least 2 years in a project management capacity.
• Proven experience managing large-scale international RF projects, including design, implementation, and optimization, preferable US projects.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of wireless communication systems, including 4G, 5G, LTE, and other RF technologies.
• Proficient in project management tools, Advance excel and RF design or optimization tool software (e.g., Atoll, iBwave, xCal, xCap, Tems).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
