The successful candidate will ideally have work experience, and education in the apparel industry is required. Responsible for ensuring the payroll process is completed in a timely and accurate manner across all the hubs. Additionally, I support the development of the regional Health & Wellbeing plan. I also serve as a trusted partner of the people team, ensuring that all resources are updated in the relevant system for colleagues to access and utilize effectively. Reward, Benefits & Global Mobility Support Accountable for payroll administration across all the hubs to ensure a timely, accurate and efficient way of working that is in line with local legislative requirements (TBS scoping long term support feasibility) Support the Hong Kong payroll and tax administration (TBS scoping long term support feasibility) Support all Tesco souring in-bound and out-bound expatriates by managing logistics and providing advice Maintain reward and expatriate information and data, working with relevant teams to ensure the integrity of data sources Support with the development and rollout of Sourcing-wide Health & Wellbeing initiatives Support the delivery of annual reward exercises including the annual pay review, bonus payments and benefits review Supporting any Sourcing-wide Recognition initiatives, including our long service award admin People Team Support Responsible for preparing all People documentation for Hong Kong colleagues and other locations where necessary Oversee, update & maintain all people policies & documentation, ensuring Sourcing colleagues know where to find what they need and have correct access Caretaker of the People Team SharePoint, working with UK & Sourcing CoEs (Reward, Talent, Learning) to keep all documentation live & relevant (supporting with long term ambition to transition content onto Colleague Help) Support Sourcing People Team with ad hoc project support as required (e.g. Sourcing EVM) Acting as conduit between Sourcing & TBS, supporting us on our journey to transfer key processes & tasks Systems, Analytics & Reporting Support: Oversee the Sourcing people & payroll system (Neeyamo) and work with local People Teams to ensure a successful implementation & ongoing service Managing database to ensure accuracy of data in HRIS system, ensuring all changes are captured each period Assist in the preparation of payroll budget, forecast and HR analytic reports Work closely with the People Team and Finance Team across different locations and provide solutions for all payroll and final payment queries Streamline the operational processes and make recommendations on what improvements are required Oversee retention & cleansing of the People data Tracking headcount data for reporting and updating structure charts Preparing annual People Dashboard, analysing headcount data, identifying trends and providing insight e.g., gender / age diversity Leadership: Living our values, respecting other colleague\'s views and cultural differences, helping to create a great place to work Collaborating internally and externally to foster efficient and effective working relationships Supporting and coaching new colleagues and others performing same/similar tasks, using my experience, knowledge and creativity Required experience: least 3 years regional experiences in HR area with exposure to work in multinational companies Relevant experience to complete the HK payroll independently, ideally would exposure to handle the payroll in other locations Proven experience in using People information to develop meaningful HR report What\'s in it for you We offer excellent benefits that help make Tesco a great place to work!
