We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager. As a RevOps Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring cross-functional alignment across sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive growth. You will facilitate insight generation, decision making, and integration across teams, optimize processes for efficiency, and spearhead initiatives that enhance the effectiveness of our customer facing teams. Responsibilities of the Role: • Cross-Functional Alignment: Ensure that sales, marketing, and customer success teams cohesively drive growth.
• Data and System Integration: Oversee systems and data administration and optimize tech stack to drive revenue by improving data quality, analysis, and reporting.
• Process Optimization: Optimize sales, marketing, and customer success process and workflows to reduce bottlenecks and enable the teams to be more effective.
• Performance Analysis: Collects, analyzes, and interprets data to provide data-driven insights to revenue leaders.
• Revenue Opportunities: Identify opportunities to drive revenue, such as go-to-market strategies, tactics to streamline the customer lifecycle, and potential sales process improvements.
• Revenue Forecasting and Planning: Manage dashboards and build revenue forecasts so teams can understand pipeline health and meet goals.
• Enablement: Provide sales, marketing, and customer success teams with the necessary training, content, and tools to sell more effectively

Requirements for the Role:

• Prior RevOps experience or management consulting experience (3-4 years total)
• Proficiency in CRMs (e.g., Hubspot), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including experience in building strong internal and external relationships
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure in a fluid environment
• Open to start-up and evening work hours (mix of India and US business hours)
