Reporting to the RevOps Director, the RevOps Associate will assist with CRM user support, process support, data management and reporting to ensure alignment between departments, compliance with company processes and contribute to overall revenue growth.Key responsibilities include:CRM Support: Support CRM users with process & technical requests and provide step-by-step guidance to resolve common issues. Own the Salesforce Support case management queues, logging incidents with accuracy, triage requests from the queues and assign tasks to the Salesforce technical team, Revenue Operations team and other business applications teams as required. Follow-up on open tickets and keep users informed of the status of their requests.CRM & Data Management: Support the management of CRM data, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and consistency. Assist in maintaining clean and reliable data for sales reporting, revenue analysis, and customer insights.Process Optimization: Help identify inefficiencies in current revenue processes and recommend improvements. Work with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency across sales, CX and finance.Reporting & Dashboards: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that provide visibility into CRM adoption, CRM support trends & CRM user behaviour. Ensure that key stakeholders have access to accurate and up-to-date insights.Ad-hoc Analysis: Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support specific projects or business initiatives. Provide actionable insights based on data trends and collaborate with the revenue operations team to drive informed decision-making.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Business Technology, sales, marketing, CX and finance teams to align revenue-related activities and ensure data consistency across departments. Support collaborative initiatives to drive business growth and operational efficiency.Support RevOps Projects: Contribute to revenue operations projects such as process improvements, tool implementation, or strategic planning. Assist Revenue Operations in tracking progress, gathering data, and delivering project updates.The RevOps Associate will play a critical role in supporting the revenue operations team by ensuring smooth processes, accurate data, and valuable insights. This position offers a strong foundation for individuals looking to develop skills in data-driven operations, financial analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, finance, technology or a related field.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain business process and solutions for sales tech stack system issues to non-technical usersProficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to learn quickly, with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.Excellent organizational and time-management skills to balance multiple tasks effectively.A desire to learn and grow within the revenue operations function, with a focus on building expertise in CRM systems, data analysis, reporting, and process optimization.Additional Information#LI-PU1Our ValuesCollaboration is our superpower
