Trusted by over 100+ businesses, including Reliance, Infosys, MapmyIndia, Blusmart, Physics Wallah and WebEngage, Wizikey enhances brand visibility globally.Support Revenue Operations: Assist in the day-to-day management of revenue operations processes, ensuring alignment between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.Data Management & Reporting: Maintain and organize data from CRM and marketing platforms, ensuring accuracy and providing insights to improve revenue-related decisions.Process Improvement: Collaborate with the RevOps Manager to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the sales funnel and suggest improvements.CRM & Tools Management: Assist in managing and optimizing CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and other tools to ensure efficient operations.Reporting: Help create and maintain dashboards and reports for key revenue metrics, providing insights to the leadership and revenue teams.Sales Support: Work closely with the Sales team to improve lead qualification processes, sales pipeline tracking, and forecasting accuracy.Collaborate Across Teams: Ensure effective communication and coordination between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive alignment and revenue growth.Forecast Accuracy : Observation of the actual sales performance aligns with the forecasted sales.Qualifications1-2 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Development or a similar role in a B2B SaaS environment.Basic understanding of the SaaS business model and customer lifecycle.Proficiency in using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.Ability to work cross-functionally and support multiple teams.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with BI tools is a plus.Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.Additional Information"Wizikey encourages and celebrates entrepreneurial culture.
