Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Revit Architecture Modeler with at least 5 years of experience to join our team at client location in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit for architectural Modeling, with a deep understanding of BIM (Building Information Modeling) practices. This role requires collaboration with architects, designers, and project teams to develop accurate 3D models, ensuring project specifications and industry standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage high-quality Revit models for various architectural projects.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and designers to understand project requirements.
• Prepare detailed 3D models, plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in models.
• Conduct quality checks on models to ensure alignment with design specifications and BIM standards.
• Integrate models with other disciplines, ensuring accurate data exchange and conflict resolution.
• Contribute to BIM standards and guidelines to improve workflow efficiency.
• Assist in the creation of visual presentations and renderings for client presentations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new Revit features, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Software Proficiency : Advanced skills in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks; familiarity with other 3D Modeling tools is a plus.
• Experience : 5+ years of experience working as a Revit Modeler or in a similar architectural Modeling role.
• BIM Knowledge : Strong understanding of BIM standards and workflows.
• Analytical Skills : Ability to interpret architectural designs and transform them into detailed 3D models.
• Attention to Detail : High level of accuracy and attention to detail to produce precise models and drawings.
• Collaboration : Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.

Additional, Preferred Skills (But not compulsory):

• Familiarity with rendering software like 3ds Max, V-Ray, or SketchUp.
• Knowledge of parametric Modeling, family creation, and complex geometry within Revit.
• Experience with clash detection and coordination processes using Navisworks.
