Responsibilities: Ratings and Reviews:
  • All below actions and responsibilities apply for both stores TJC and Ideal World
  • Moderate, tag, maintain daily both site and product reviews
  • Measure and improve review collection for both site and product reviews for all sources to collect from: email, sms, qr code, in website widgets
  • Evaluate, analyze and improve customer journey on review collection
  • Based on ecommerce trends, evaluate, test and propose how to use the reviews to have an effect on conversion (review visibility)
  • Working with digital advertising team to improve the ratings of the promoted products
  • Working with buyers give and take feedback on what products need improvement on ratings collection/visibility
  • Propose and design ideas on new initiatives for review collection, review visibility and processes that help increase the overall rating
  • Work with vendor platform support team on day to day issues on moderation, customer service, technical issues
  • Work with vendor platform success manager to craft strategies and initiatives to increase overall rating
  • Work with Customer Service Team on tagging the reviews that need attention from CS team
  • Work with ecommerce team on proposals for bundling based on reviews collected
  • AB test templates, subject lines, widgets and any other tool in hand towards improving ratings
  • Keep following trends, propose new paths on overall customer experience that affects reviews collection and overall site ratings
  • Collaborate with sister companys coworkers to share the knowledge and test the initiatives that worked for them
Influencer Marketing:
  • Find and outreach influencers
  • Interact, reply and communicate with influencers questions and concerns
  • Build a connection with the influencers onboard
  • Prepare the trackings, reporting, KPIs for the program performance
  • AB test different influencers niches and measure performance
  • Prepare lists with trackings, codes and follow the influencers product stock and flyers (or any other thing) that is included in the box
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to inform strategy.
  • Oversee the creation and approval of influencer-generated content to ensure consistency and brand alignment.
  • Work closely with the creative and content teams to integrate influencer content into broader marketing campaigns.
  • Develop guidelines and best practices for influencer content creation and collaboration.
  • Use data to optimize and improve future influencer marketing efforts.
  • Work with different ecommerce teams to align the need for content and how to reach to influencers/content creators not to clash with the main program
  • Collaborate with sister companys coworkers to share the knowledge and test the initiatives that worked for them
