We will help you unlock the best version of yourself, achieve growth in your career whilst making a real difference to people and communities.Requirements:Role PurposeTo assist the Team Leaders with the day to day processing, training and support of the team.Principal AccountabilitiesPrincipal Accountabilities\xc2\xb7 Able to work autonomously and also as part of the wider team to deliver continuous improvement of finance systems, models, and processes\xc2\xb7 Continuously and proactively seek improvement to current systems and gain an understanding of our stakeholders\' challenges and requirements\xc2\xb7 Take ownership of data preparation, cleansing, and reconciliation\xc2\xb7 System Administration and maintenance of User Profiles\xc2\xb7 Identify and streamline data driven processes through analysis and observation\xc2\xb7 Ad-hoc requests including annual audit, chart of accounts restructures, tailored reporting and special projectsGiven experience, the successful applicant needs to assist with the workload of the Revenue Data analysts.Due to the nature of the role, the individual needs to understand there will be a number of Adhoc requestsReporting Relationships- Will report directly to the International Revenues Coordinator- Will work in conjunction with the Revenue Data analysts.Essential Competencies\xc2\xb7 Relevant 4+ years of experience in similar role\xc2\xb7 Finance educated with a proven understanding of management accounting processes\xc2\xb7 Passion for systems, data, and process improvement\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal\xc2\xb7 Excellent analytical and intermediate Excel skills in working with large data sets\xc2\xb7 Team player with collaborative approach that builds strong network of finance and non-finance colleagues globally\xc2\xb7 Highly motivated self-starter with the ability and drive to operate independently\xc2\xb7 Comfortable with challenging status quo and operating outside a defined role, remit or profile\xc2\xb7 Structured and logical problem solver with a proactive approach - initiates action and change before a problem arises\xc2\xb7 Strong attention to detail and self-review process to ensure consistently high-quality outputs\xc2\xb7 Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple conflicting priorities\xc2\xb7 Bespoke System Testing/Administration\xc2\xb7 Bespoke System User Maintenance and TrainingPreferred Skills\xc2\xb7 Experience working in a fast-paced Software / Tech / Services environment.\xc2\xb7 Concept of accountancy transactions (Double entry, debits and credits, Sales/ Costs, Balance Sheet/ Profit & Loss etc.)\xc2\xb7 Understanding of Accruals and Deferrals, both for Revenue and Costs\xc2\xb7 Sharepoint Administration and integration\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Workday or similar FP&A cloud systemBenefits:Life at Civica: Life at Civica is fun and flexible.
