• You take commercial responsibility: steer your own markets the best possible way to ensure business success for the whole company.
• You act autonomously: steer the demand independently with the guidance of your Team Lead.
• You work analytically: define the best strategy to fill our supply, considering current and historic demand patterns and competitor actions.
• You work diligently and reliably: customize prices, inventory control, and demand forecasting based on specific demand situations.
• You take action: decide how prices are set and get instant feedback through customer bookings and conversion rates.
• You give innovative input: participate actively in further development of our pricing system and take over projects to optimize processes and create new features in the Revenue Management full domain.
• You analyze market trends, consumer behavior and competitor pricing to determine optimal pricing strategies for products and services.
• You demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly and effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing market environment.
• You will work closely with other departments such as network planning and business development teams to align revenue management strategies with overall business goals and objectives.
• Be a driving force in the expansion of FlixBus in India, shaping the future of transportation with innovation and enthusiasm.

Your Profile - Ready to hop on board

• Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Business Informatics or similar
• 3+ years of experience in the field of pricing and revenue management; preferably in similar industries
• High analytical and conceptional thinking skills as well as a good understanding of numbers
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Personal initiative, resilience as well as a self-driven and goal-oriented working attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Fluent in English, every other language is a plus
• Based out of Delhi NCR or comfortable to relocate near Flix India HQ office
