Revenue Operations is a central part of our high energy, high-growth marketing team As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will help lead and own the strategy, management and performance of our marketing and sales technology ecosystem You will have a chance to work cross-functionally with the marketing, sales and operations teams to implement and optimize our tech stack, develop and deploy marketing and sales processes, and acquire and augment the data and reporting we need to operate at high speed and increasing scale WHAT YOU LL DO Manage our current marketing and sales technology stack, including Marketo, Salesforce, Demandbase, Outreach, Zoominfo, and more Improve existing technology processes and reports, and evaluate new technologies to improve of our tech stack roadmap to optimize performance Investigate, trouble shoot and resolve technology issues such as form submissions, sales sequences or marketing automation challenges with external technology partners Establish, implement, analyze and optimize marketing processes like lead scoring, lead routing and others that drive quality leads and operational efficiency Execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple marketing channels and provide end-to-end quality control in partnership with the marketing team Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly business performance analysis and reporting to our executive leadership team Craft, manage and execute campaign taxonomy and hierarchy Stay up-to-date on all regulations that govern data management and communications (such as GDPR) while ensuring consistent compliance across all marketing and sales channels WHAT YOU LL NEED 3+ years of relevant B2B SaaS marketing, sales or revenue operations experience Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, ability to extract meaningful action from data Marketing automation and sales automation experience (Marketo, Demandbase, Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft etc) Demonstrated experience in applying business technology to improve execution and contribute to company growth Clear communicator with excellent written and oral communication skills Stellar project management skills Confident and comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization KIBO PERKS Flexible schedule and time away programs Paid company holidays and global volunteer day Generous health, wellness, and benefit programs Opportunity for impact, rapid career growth, and intellectual stimulation Passionate, high-achieving teammates excited to help you succeed and learn Company events and other activities (Holiday parties, Happy hours, Volunteering)
