The Opportunity:
As a Revenue Operations Administrator, you will be a member of Pluralsight\xe2\x80\x99s Revenue Operations team. This team is charged with utilizing data to guide decisions and optimize performance to support the Sales teams. We collaborate with teams across the company to provide a deep technical understanding in a simplified way that encourages action.
You will be responsible for managing requests from the field. This includes validation and application of Pluralsight\'s territory assignment framework, communication to the field and enforcement of the rules of engagement, and critical Salesforce data quality requests impacting go-to-market, top line growth, quota retirement, and compensation.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll own:

• 
  Provide analysis and mentorship on segmentation, account ownership, account hierarchy, and territory structure.
• 
  Assist with quota maintenance and structure in our ecosystem.
• 
  Implement territory structure and account ownership within Salesforce.
• 
  Communicate Rules of Engagement efficiently and optimally to the team.
• 
  Enforce the Rules of Engagement within the systems.
• 
  Assist with maintaining Salesforce data accuracy on critical data elements driving go-to-market decisions and revenue growth.

Experience you\xe2\x80\x99ll need:

• 
  Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree equivalent
• 
  Minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce
• 
  Excel \xe2\x80\x93 Be able to craft and collate multiple documents
• 
  Communications \xe2\x80\x93 share insights in a way that is easy to grasp and useful, and that drives requests to conclusion
• 
  Problem solver that can see the big picture
• 
  Ability to adapt to constant change
• 
  Ability to engage in troubleshooting, configuration and service monitoring with the ability to adapt and manage stressful situations.
• 
  Tableau and Salesforce CPQ experience recommended, but not required.
