Role & Team

As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Revenue Management Team as a Junior Revenue Analyst. You will be an integral part of our team, assisting with setting optimal prices for our rental assets and ensuring exceptional occupancy and profitability. Your skills will directly impact our business's success, as you analyze market trends and apply revenue management strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize market data and analytics to set competitive pricing for our short-term rental properties.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations related to revenue performance.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and guest demand to stay ahead of the game.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance guest experience and property performance.
• Identify opportunities for revenue optimization and propose actionable recommendations.
• Continuously optimize pricing and promotional offers to drive bookings and revenue.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Finance, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of the English language.
• Comfortable working with numbers and data/market analysis.
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of revenue management.
• Proactive attitude and the ability to take initiative in identifying and solving problems.
Knowledge of holiday rental business and platforms (AirBnB, Booking, TripAdvisor, etc) is considered an advantage
