Team Management & Escalation Handling

Scope:

Responsible for delivery of the assignments as a whole

Interfacing with internal and external customers

Transaction processing for the specific assignments (if required)

Process & People management

Key Responsibility Areas: * Testing of New Applications, Functions or Release Upgrades (Oracle Cloud PFM & related processes) until Go Live & Post Go Live support.

  • Migration of new companies onto the Oracle Systems
  • Collating, Validating and Analyzing information/data
  • Propose & Implement Process Improvements
  • Coordination with required teams (internal & external)
  • Customer Interaction
  • Exception Handling
  • MIS Generation & Reporting
  • Gap Analysis and Creation/Updation of Documentation
  • Technical Training
  • Transaction Audit (If required)
  • Team Management
Requirements:

1. Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills

2. Ability to resolve issues in a logical and structured manner

3. Ability to prioritize and complete tasks within deadlines

4. Should be Proactive and lead by example

5. Flexible to work in shifts

6. Proficiency in Computer Application- especially in MS Excel

7. Basic knowledge of Excel- Macros (Preferred)

8. Indepth Knowledge of the Project Accounting (PFM) and related modules (Preferred)

9. Prior know-how of handling Migrations and UAT\'s (Preferred)

10. Excellent people management skills & conflict management

11. Able to handle multiple projects Independently

12. Ability to handle internal calls with Line of Business
