:Project Accounting is the Process which takes care of the Order to cash operations for the Consulting TeamResponsibilities of Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager:

  • Drive Performance for the team members.
  • Identify Key Talents from the team and put in place development plans for their career growth.
  • Have regular Career Discussions with team members and Update Management appropriately.
  • Ensure the team is motivated is updated with Process and Product knowledge.
  • Assess team preparedness via Knowledge Management techniques at regular intervals.
  • Day to Day work supervision.
  • Optimum Utilization of Resources through workload balancing, leave management.
  • Prepare and execute on daily, short term and long-term objectives via effective planning.
  • Ensure Service Level Agreements are adhered to.
  • Drive team to achieve process KPI, process improvement and deliver Customer Delight.
  • Manage and ensure quick Resolution of Escalations and issues raised by customers and stakeholders.
  • Review process Audit/Escalation findings and implement RCA & CAPA to strengthen the process.
  • Drive Improvement Initiatives and Projects.
  • Audit support - Support SOX, External and Internal audits
