Find your future with us.The\xe2\x80\x9d Boeing Return Flight Program\xe2\x80\x9d is a returnship program designed for talented professionals looking to relaunch their professional journey after an extended career break and or absence from the workforce.Boeing IT&DA organization is currently looking for Associate Programmer Analyst \xe2\x80\x93 Automation Testing Engineers, to support Automated verification and validation activities, to join their team in Bangalore, India.Position Responsibilities:Create Test Plan for various Test StrategyWork closely with the Product Owner to understand quality targets and help draft Acceptance criteria for User StoriesWork closely with the development team to understand features and help clarify functional requirementsDevelop automation test suits and help in maintaining existing test suitsWork as a team to integrate Automated test frameworksExecute test scripts and test protocols.Candidate must have experience in software configuration management concepts and processes of managing a software system throughout the testing lifecycleCommunicate both in writing and verbally (in English) to support status reviews and reporting of test findings, issues and risks.Analyze change requests, customer issues and relevant facts to determine testing estimates and risks.Support change control process for tracking and management of problems and changes to applications during testing.Consult with customers to clarify and refine complex requirements.Interpret and translate requirements into functional test scenarios and scriptsAnalyze and recommend test scenarios and scripts for test automationEmployer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver, including experience with handling different web elements, synchronization, and browser interactions.Strong programming skills in JavaAbility to write clear, maintainable, and scalable code for automated tests.Familiarity with Git for version control, including branching, merging, and pull requestsExperience in integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab CITesting Frameworks: TestNG, Cucumber for structuring and organizing automated tests.Ability to develop effective automation strategies based on project requirements and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Bug Tracking and Reporting.5 years or more experience in a dedicated Verification and Validation / QA role as an Automation test engineerExperience in working with DevOps platforms like Git HUB or Azure DevOps (ADO)Familiar with various deployment environments and should be able to deploy code in pre-prod, Freeze, UAT and Prod environments.Should be fluent in using gitKnowledge & Experience in Software Quality Assurance Process and QA methodologiesGood programming knowledge on more of the following languages: C#, JavaScript, VBScript, Python, VB.net, .NetHands on experience in understanding software requirements and Creation of test designs, test processes, test cases and test dataGood written and spoken communication is a must, to help team understand quality related inputs, planning inputs, file bug reports and write maintainable test cases and test plans.Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Bachelor\'s degree or GraduateAbility to write scripts (in any scripting language or OS) and develop and maintain the automation Framework. Preferably keyword / Hybrid Model.Unit testing tool knowledge and experience in its useAbility to write stubs and drivers independently, to test each module to breakage.Understanding of web technologies as HTML, CSS and JavaScript for interacting with and validating web UI elementsFamiliarity with database concepts such as tables, relationships, indexes, and transactions.Understanding of SDLC (Waterfall and Agile) from Detailed Design to delivery of codeNeed to have excellent team orientation skills.
