Job Title: Security and Compliance Officer (Retired Police Officer) Location: Borivali West, Mumbai Company: Global Advertisers Pvt Ltd : Global Advertisers Pvt Ltd, a prominent player in the outdoor advertising industry, is seeking experienced retired police officers to join our team as Security and Compliance Officers. The primary responsibilities include overseeing legal matters, monitoring CCTV cameras, conducting on-site inspections of billboards and hoardings, and assisting with legal documentation. This role is essential in ensuring the security, legality, and compliance of our advertising operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Legal Matters and Documentation:
- Provide expertise on legal issues related to outdoor advertising, including compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining legal documents, contracts, and permits.
- Liaise with legal counsel and regulatory bodies to address any legal challenges or compliance issues.
- Regularly monitor live and recorded footage from CCTV cameras installed at various company locations.
- Identify and report any suspicious activities, unauthorized access, or security breaches.
- Ensure the CCTV system is operational and report any technical issues to the maintenance team.
- Conduct regular on-site inspections to verify that billboards and hoardings are placed in approved and strategic locations.
- Ensure installations comply with local regulations, company standards, and safety protocols.
- Document and report any discrepancies or issues found during site visits.
- Ensure all advertising installations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Prepare detailed reports on compliance status and any required changes or updates.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and relevant departments.
- Respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies related to the security of advertising sites.
- Investigate incidents and provide detailed reports, including corrective actions taken.
- Develop and implement security protocols to safeguard advertising installations and company property.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on security protocols, compliance procedures, and legal documentation.
- Share expertise and best practices in security, compliance, and legal matters with team members.
- Retired police officer with a minimum of 20 years of service in law enforcement or a related field.
- Experience in legal matters, security monitoring, and compliance enforcement.
- Strong understanding of local regulations related to outdoor advertising.
- Excellent observational, analytical, and investigative skills.
- Proficiency in using CCTV monitoring systems and basic computer applications.
- Strong communication and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
