What We're Looking For:

We are seeking an experienced Retention Marketing Specialist with a strong background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement and expertise in full-funnel retention marketing, including SMS, WhatsApp, email, push notifications, and social media . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving multi-channel retention strategies that increase customer lifetime value (LTV), boost repeat purchases, and enhance overall customer retention.

Your Role: Retention Marketing Specialist

As our Retention Marketing Specialist , you will:

• Develop Full-Funnel Retention Strategies: Design and implement strategies to drive conversions, increase repeat purchases, and improve customer retention across multiple channels including SMS, WhatsApp, email, push notifications, and social media.
• Manage Multi-Channel Campaigns: Utilise Salesforce Marketing Cloud , Webengage, Clevertap, Klaviyo, and other relevant platforms to execute retention strategies across multiple touchpoints.
• Customer Journey Design and Automation: Create and automate customer journeys, leveraging data to generate incremental revenue through personalised messaging.
• Optimise Key Metrics: Focus on boosting customer lifetime value, conversion rates, engagement, and retention through strategic campaign planning and optimisation.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure accuracy in content, segmentation, links, and landing pages. Execute end-to-end quality checks to maintain campaign integrity and timeliness.
• Advanced Segmentation and Modelling: Use segmentation models such as RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) to craft targeted retention campaigns.
• Performance Monitoring: Track the health of multi-channel subscribers, analyse campaign performance, and make data-driven improvements.
• A/B Testing and Optimisation: Lead A/B and multivariate testing to improve key performance metrics. Analyse findings and apply recommendations to scale effective strategies.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal teams to set growth, engagement, and retention targets for each product, creating quarterly marketing plans to achieve them.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in retention marketing with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement and full-funnel strategies (SMS, WhatsApp, email, push notifications, and social media).
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement is essential. Working knowledge of email marketing infrastructure, automation, and HTML is an advantage.
• Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to optimise campaigns and improve key metrics.
• Attention to Detail: Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Team Collaboration: Self-motivated and flexible team player, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and priorities.
