Independently handling Mortgage Retention from Balance Transfer to other Banks / FI\xe2\x80\x99s in Noida, Ghaziabad & Delhi regionTo groom Retail Branches about product, policy & processAct as a single point of contact for all Asset Servicing Branches & HUB in Noida, Ghaziabad & Delhi regionIndependently handling customer grievances raised to RBI, Head Service Quality & legal cases related to Mortgages ProductBuilding digital journey to on board customer journey for mortgage application, Monitoring the usage of the application by different channel partnersOverall delivery of superior level of customer service in customer satisfaction as well as efficiencyTo decongestion of various processes of HUB in verticals of credit, Operation, Technical, Legal, RCU & sales
