Key Responsibilities :

• Customer Engagement & Service :

Greet customers, assess their needs, and provide personalized assistance throughout their shopping experience. Deliver an exceptional customer service experience to build lasting relationships and encourage repeat business.

• Sales & Target Achievement :

Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive selling techniques, offering upsells, cross-selling complementary products, and closing sales effectively.

• Product Knowledge & Presentation :

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of jewelry collections, product features, materials (precious metals, gemstones, diamonds), and industry trends to educate customers and help them make informed purchase decisions.

• Product Display & Merchandising :

Ensure that jewelry displays are organized, attractive, and in line with store visual standards. Regularly check the presentation of products to make sure that they are clean, polished, and displayed correctly.

• Cash Handling & Transactions :

Accurately process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, issue receipts, and maintain a smooth checkout process. Handle exchanges, returns, and special orders according to company policies.

• Customer Follow-Up :

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchases, address any concerns, and promote new arrivals or upcoming promotions. Encourage customer loyalty through email, calls, or in-store interactions.

• Inventory Management :

Assist with stock-taking, reordering products, and ensuring that inventory levels are accurate. Report any stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or missing items to the management team.

• Security & Loss Prevention :

Ensure the safety and security of valuable jewelry items. Follow all security protocols to prevent theft and damage to merchandise.

• Store Cleanliness & Organization :

Keep the store environment clean, organized, and well-maintained. Help with general housekeeping duties, including tidying displays, cleaning showcases, and maintaining a welcoming environment for customers.

• Promotions & Events :

Participate in promotional campaigns, seasonal sales, and store events. Assist in organizing and executing in-store promotions and new product launches.

Skills and Qualifications :

• Education : High school diploma or equivalent. Additional qualifications in retail sales, luxury goods, or jewelry-related fields are a plus.
• Experience : Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in jewelry, fashion, or luxury goods, is highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
