Retail Trainee Associate
Job Description
Provide speedy & effective Customer Service
Follow Standard Operating Procedure of the company
Prepare Thick Shakes as per the standard recipe on receiving the orders from customers
Maintaining stock par levels
Interact with customers & serving the customer to their satisfaction
Ensuring customer feedbacks are collected on a daily basis
In case of complaining customers, taking suitable action to solve the complaints and keeping the Store Manager/Area Manager informed of all the complaints
Constantly employing suggestive selling practices to make the customers aware
Responsible for maintenance and store upkeep
Adherence to monthly roaster and employee hand book
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?13,000.00 per month
