Position Overview:

The Retail City Supervisor will oversee all retail operations within the assigned city, managing multiple store locations to ensure operational efficiency, consistent customer service, and meeting sales goals. You will lead a team of store managers, support the development of retail staff, and help drive strategic initiatives to improve sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of all stores within the city. Supervise and support store managers, providing coaching and guidance to improve performance. Ensure stores meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Monitor inventory and stock levels, ensuring proper stock replenishment and product availability. Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure high standards of cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising. Ensure the implementation of company policies and procedures in all locations. Lead and develop the retail teams, fostering a positive and motivating work environment. Handle customer service issues and provide resolutions. Coordinate with HR and other departments for recruitment, training, and development. Analyze performance reports and develop action plans to improve areas of opportunity. Ensure compliance with all local laws, regulations, and company standards.
