Job Description
Job Title: Furniture Retail Store Floor Supervisor
Location: Makarba, Ahmedabad
Salary: 15,000 - 22,000
Experience: Fresher or Experienced
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily floor operations and ensure smooth customer experience.
• Assist customers with product selection and provide information about furniture.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team for restocking.
• Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and ensure the showroom is visually appealing.
• Train, motivate, and guide the sales team for excellent performance.
• Ensure the team meets sales targets and provide customer service support.
• Handle customer complaints or queries and ensure prompt resolution.
Requirements:
• Education: Graduate (any stream)
• Skills:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and lead a team.
• Basic knowledge of furniture products is a plus (training will be provided).
• Experience: Fresher or 1-2 years in retail or sales.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
