Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of goods in the warehouse.
• Ensure accurate inventory management through regular cycle counts and audits.
• Optimize warehouse space and layout to maximize storage efficiency.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Monitor and control inventory movements to minimize losses and damages.
• Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
• Implement and enforce health and safety standards to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to inventory, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Prepare reports on warehouse operations and inventory levels for management review.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management practices.
• Ability to effectively lead and supervise a team.
• Familiarity with warehouse management software (WMS) and systems.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• Should be good in calculation and MS Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
