We seek a dedicated SUPERVISOR to play a pivotal role in our jewelry house. An individual driven by the allure and elegance of fine jewellery, who will epitomize our values and uphold our standards of excellence, serving as a guiding force for our team to achieve objectives and exceed expectations. With a minimum of 2 years' managerial experience in a comparable role, proficiency in both English and Hindi, and a readiness to take on the challenge of managing one of Mumbai's best jewelry establishments, we eagerly anticipate receiving your resume.

Job responsibilities:

• Provide and maintain high standards of customer service
• Recruitment, training and development of the team, employee motivation
• Managing sales to achieve and exceed plans
• Business Process Optimization
• Resolving conflict situations with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
• Monitoring jewelry market trends, analyzing competitors to develop effective sales and marketing strategies;
• Other additional tasks that may arise during the work process. Contribute to the efficient operation of the jewelry house.
