Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a dynamic Store Supervisor to join our Cambay Tiger seafood Store.

The ideal candidate will be responsible to manage the store with special focus on Walk In Sales. Customer Service, Inventory Management, Team Management

This role requires Good communication skills, strong operational skills.

• Key Responsibility:
• Managing the overall operations of the store including Material Indenting, Receiving, GRN, Billing, adhering to SOPs
• Handling customers during the order cycle
• Managing proper Inventory in the store ensuring minimum wastages
• Implementing Marketing initiatives in the Store/ Outlet Level
• Co ordination with related departments like accounts, Marketing and other stores.
• Managing customer deliveries
• Managing the Store Team.

Requirements:

? Graduate or +2 in any stream

? Good Communication skills in English

? Prior experience of managing Retail sea food store or FMCG store. Retail experience in Meat & Seafood preferred.
