company objectives & sales targets. This involves setting goals, objectives, and performance metrics.

optimizing processes, streamlining workflows, and identifying areas for improvement to enhance productivity.
3. Budgeting and Cost Control: Managing the region's operational budget and resources effectively. This involves
analyzing Sales data, controlling costs, and making decisions to maximize sales profitability while maintaining
quality standards.
4. Team Management: Leading and managing a team of operations staff within the region. This includes hiring
and training employees, setting performance expectations, providing feedback, and fostering a positive work
environment.
5. Performance Monitoring: Monitoring and evaluating the performance of operations within the region. This
involves analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends, and implementing corrective measures
when necessary.
6. Quality Assurance: Ensuring that products or services meet the required quality standards. This includes
implementing quality control procedures, conducting audits, store visits, and addressing any quality issues that

10. Reporting and Analysis: Generating regular reports on operational performance, Target Distribution, Weekly
reporting, Monthly reporting, competitor analysis, financial metrics, and other relevant data. This includes
presenting findings to senior management and using the information to make data-driven decisions.
