Job Title: Retail Store Manager - Kutties Ulagam (Kids Store)
Location: Singampunari (45m from madurai)

Responsibilities:
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory, staffing, and customer service.
• Set and achieve sales targets to meet business goals.
• Train and lead a team of sales associates.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
• Handle budgeting and financial responsibilities.
• Implement loss prevention measures.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Drive marketing and promotional initiatives.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in retail management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
