Job Title: Retail Store Manager Location: Vesu/Katargam, Surat Salary Range: 18k-30k Industry: Textile & Garments We are currently seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager for one of the best placement consultants in Surat for the Textile and Garments industry. The ideal candidate should have a passion for customer service and sales, with the ability to manage a team of sales associates effectively. Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations, including sales, inventory, customer service, and visual merchandising.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all customers.
• Hire, train, and supervise a team of sales associates.
• Set goals and monitor performance to ensure objectives are met.
• Create and maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the Textile and Garments industry.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to motivate and manage a team of sales associates.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and profitability.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising and store operations.
• Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
