### Key Responsibilities:

1. Store Operations:

- Manage all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing procedures.

- Implement and oversee operational plans and initiatives.

2. Sales and Performance:

- Drive store sales to meet or exceed targets.

- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase store profitability.

3. Team Management:

- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities.
