Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Outlet Manager at Choko la. The Outlet Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as ensuring customer satisfaction, managing a team of people, handling customer service, and managing inventory. The role is located in Galleria Market, Gurugram.
Qualifications
• Customer satisfaction and customer service skills
• Experience in people management
• Excellent communication skills
• Inventory management skills
• Knowledge of the chocolate industry is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field
• Achieve departmental revenue and profitability targets
• Compliance towards brand standards, corporate guidelines and standard operating procedures as defined by the organization
• Achieve targeted scores for guest satisfaction and employee satisfaction for the assigned area within the department
• Assist in staffing and recruitment for the assigned area within Food and Beverage department
• Responsible for generating incremental revenues through up selling, promotions and other techniques
• Interact with guests and handle guest complaints
• He/she is involved in imparting On the Job training in the assigned areas of the department
• Ensure adherence to policies & guidelines in the assigned area
• Maintain company hygiene standards in the front & back areas
• Establish a working relationship with the Outlet team and other backend departments.
